the person i booked appointment for felt rushes thats all other than that, everything was fine,

The massage therapist was not friendly at all and hardly talked ?!?!

I am pleased with the Hand and Stone in Rolling Meadows; however, I noticed a frequent change in management. The store front is tidy; however, some of the chatter amongst the staff can be loud and may disrupt the goal of relaxing prior to the massage/facial. I appreciate the different time slots as everyone has different schedules. I will continue to enjoy my massages as it helps with my work-related issues.

The facial was great! I will definitely go back for another. I also had a massage by a different person - it was not great.

The massage therapist kept her body very close and her body that didn’t need to be touching me was. Her stomach was touching my head

The massage I got before this one at this location was really great. So in comparison this massage was not as effective. My last massage therapist danyella was very attentive and took time to explain several things about my massage before and after. I couldn’t seem to find her when I book this last one. The massage therapist I had this time just seemed like she was in a rush throughout the whole massage.

It's annoying to have to keep signing the same paperwork and questioner at each appointment especially for a membership and a member who comes monthly.

I called to book a cryo-facial and the lady on the phone asked if I wanted toning or slimming and for how long. I had thought there was only one option for the cryo facial, so I was a little confused. I told her if I could wait to see what the esthetician recommended, which I typically do, but she said she needed to know how long of a session I wanted and to call back once I've reviewed the services online. I told her this was the only time I could make a phone call, and that's when she put me on hold. She came back quickly and was able to book my facial without those details.

There's always room for improvement.
