I had a loy of discomfort after leaving. But that could be do to the pressure the therapist was applying. I'll just need to speak up next time.

When you pay for a 60 or 90 min treatment should have the therapist working on you for that duration. Time to dress/ undress should be worked around the treatment time.

I booked my appointment with a BOGO gift card I had purchased in the previous year. After the massage, my card was taken and I was told I still needed to pay an additional $60. I tried to explain to the receptionist that I had used these cards many times over past years without issue. She kept telling me that it was only good for $69.95 and didn't cover the full cost of the massage. I had to wait about 15 minutes for the manager to return before she helped to resolve the issue. I'm not sure what the issue was with the card, and in NO way blame the receptionist. She was doing her job. Yet, the experience killed my relaxation felt after the massage and left me feeling frustrated instead of relaxed.

I got to my appointment right on time (I had a call with a client that ran over, so it was completely on me for not being early). There was an individual ahead of me that was having an issue, and the other person at the reception desk was new, wasn't sure what to do (which I get ... we are all new). That is why I did not give it a 'Highly Satisfied' rating. Other visits have been extremely quick/pleasant and I am 'Highly Satisfied'.

The music in rooms can’t be shut off not turned down low enough to not hear nor changed to my liking and is always a distraction from relaxing Get music that’s low key and not so new age or let each room slow for clients choice

When I booked the appt, I was given one set of prices that would be covered in total with my credits. After receiving the service, I was quoted another set of prices and had to pay the difference. I brought it up to the receptionist and did not think this was fair that I was misinformed about the cost of the service. NO resolution was offered by the receptionist. Not very professional or customer service oriented.

Jane made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I will ask for her again in the future. She explained what services would best benifit my skin .

The facial was excellent. The upselling afterward was too much. I spent $200 on a facial, I shouldn’t have to say no over and over to spending more. One ask is fine, four asks is way too much.

During one of my last visits, the receptionist was new and rang up the wrong payment (did not know how to pull my package early). This subsequently caused confusion with my payment and membership status.
