Overall, I was satisfied. I might be a more critical rater as I have massages very often. There was nothing wrong at all with my service but it would take a lot for me to rate as "highly satisfied" as there is always room for improvement.

The massage therapist was great. The level of the music was perfect. However, usually the music is too low and I can hear noises/sounds in the hall and from the surrounding storefronts. I would prefer a quiet tranquil waiting area away from the check in/check out area once “checked in.”

I was just upset I had to come in earlier than what I wanted because, although I booked with anyone, the person it booked me with did not know how to do the massage.

Too much upselling going on. Also, I don't like the wax type used - it tears hair rather than pluck it.

I appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of the reception staff. Erin is a fantastic massage therapist, along with just about every other masseuse who works there! I will definitely continue my membership.

My esthetician told me I should have been offered the facial with the cyro add on intro rate when my appointment was confirmed. Disappointed that did not happen

My husband used one of my sessions, and the receptionist tricked him into booking a deep tissue massage without explaining it is an additional cost. Also, I was not able to use my gift card toward the purchase of my massage because it had expired during the time I was newly pregnant and not getting massages durig the 1st trimester.

When we checked out, receptionist unable to handle my next appointment due to 1 customer check in & did not ask me how do i want to pay my services & just took out 2 of my packages. When me & my husband check-in, receptionist unable to handle more than 1 customer.

Therese was a very good therapist and hit all the right spots! She just didn’t massage my hands at all and working at the computer all day I love a hand massage. I even said “hands and feet” and she didn’t touch my hands so I figured she didn’t do hands?
