I find the Hand & Stone Spa in Willow Grove is a lovey place with an amazing and professional staff! From the front desk to the spa services providers, the entire experience is welcoming and relaxing. When clients enter the spa, they get a warm greeting and cozy neck wrap. It is only the beginning of a wonderful personal experience. All aspects of the spa focus on clients having the best possible experience and service. Sheena is a great Aesthetician and is an expert in providing personalized skincare! After my session with Sheena, my skin is radiant, hydrated and soft. I highly recommend this location for great skincare and massage therapy! I wish I could enjoy this experience EVERY week! 😌

I was very pleased that I was taken right back to the therapy room without waiting. The massage was just what I needed. The person let me be quite as well as no talking until I could quite my body and really relax and get into why I was there. I know I will be back for another massage soon.

I was excited that I was able to book a massage last minute because I thought for sure it would be all full. So I appreciated the last minute flexibility. The new location was nice , clean, and calming right from the beginning. I was in the room within 5 mins of check in. And the massage was amazing!!!! I felt great afterward and didn't want to leave. The staff was very helpful and I booked my next appointment right there. I can't wait to go back.
