Great check in. Was asked about my specific facial needs/desires. I asked if she could take away all my wrinkles and she made a recommendation and it was great. An anti aging chemical peel. My skin felt and looked great! Very good neck massage. I would have liked a scalp massage but we were close to running out of time. I enjoyed the relaxing sounds and the warm table and the steam. Offered products but not too pushy. Was walked out and offered water and a next appointment. Check out was easy as well.

Edyta did a wonderful job and helping ease the tension in specific areas I asked for help with. She is always pleasant and attentive to my needs.

The staff and the therapist were professional and caring. I just don't make many appointments because the therapist are booked way out in advance. You need more therapist in each location because if I can't get appointments I will have to cancel my membership.

My appointment was fantastic - she understood I was looking to relax primarily, and offered a perfect level of instruction, conversation and relaxation.

Michael was a great listener and I appreciate his patience because I have fibromyalgia.

Edyna, my massage therapist, is excellent. Warm, friendly, knowledgeable and very skilled.

James is a great therapist. He focused on the areas that were stiffest and still gave me a full massage. He has a calm presence.
