My visit was fantastic. Everyone was very nice, pleasant and professional my therapist is the bomb!! She’s a keeper. I believe her name was Erica. I would come back to see her. She was very knowledgeable and did a great job with my massage.

After my facial with Paige, my skin looked amazing. She made my experience very relaxing!!! Highly recommend

The front desk staff were all attentive, friendly and responsive. I had an issue with my membership which the front desk staff resolved for me on the spot! My massage therapist, Edytha, was wonderful, right on time and did great work. I will definittely be back - and not wait so long next time!

My masseuse is always checking in during the massage to confirm pressure. Works thoroughly on the areas that need extra attention and/or are more tense.

My original appt. was for my birthday at the end of September, but was canceled due to the therapist having death in his family. It was rescheduled for Oct. 22nd. Again Hand & Stone called to cancel because the therapist was ill. A few minutes later we received a call back stating that another therapist name Andy was more than happy to service me and I appreciated him very much for not disappointing me again

The facialist did a great job st evaluating my skin. I felt completly relaxed and continued to feel that way all day. Please turn the heat down,,,,too hot!
