At age 64 this was my first facial. Laura is absolutely amazing! She explained every step, products used and their benefits. I was relaxed and my skin feels wonderful.

I thoroughly enjoyed my facial. Laura suggested a hydration facial so that's what I got. My face felt great afterwards. As she was doing the facial she told everything she was doing and what products she was using.

The lobby area was neat & attractive. The receptionist who checked me in was polite my massage was awesome, as always. The room was comfortable & clean, too.

The service was great. The staff was professional.

Always a pleasure. I eagerly anticipate my appointment every month.

The turnover of staff at this willow grove location is a problem for me. Just when I think I have confidence in someone providing a service for me, they are gone. The quality of staff has not been great over the years. I have been to many "other" H&S locations to so I am able to compare. I will say Sheena did an excellent job, I just hope she is still there the next time I book a facial. This is the first time in a long time that I will reschedule with the same person at this location. Because the service hasn't been great at this location over the years it has hindered me from coming back more regularly.

Laura was very nice and always does a good facial. I don't always want the upgrades and it is sometimes difficult to communicate that.
