James is excellent. The reception staff are awesome and very welcoming.

That staff at the front desk were very good - friendly, smart, helpful. James, my massage therapist was very, very good - both manner of interaction and massage skills. I was a little confused when I checked out regarding my signing up for future massages at discounted rate and would have appreciated some written info to review and also a receipt for my expenses (which I did get by email later on).

My massage therapist was very attentive to my needs and made sure I was satisfied during the whole process.

Everyone at the Willow Grove location is incredibly friendly and helpful. Laura always goes above and beyond making sure my skin concerns are addressed and has a plan for my appointments that takes the stress away from needing to know what services "i think i need". Laura always recommends products, not based on sales requirements, but for problem areas we actually discuss and what she believes will help me. AND it has paid off! My skin has changed drastically since starting for facials and although I still have some problem areas I have a new confidence in my appearance and do not wear nearly as much make up before starting facials with Laura. I will be scheduling all my appointments for facials or massages at this location.

I joined last September and I am glad I did. I go to the same therapist (Andy) and he is very careful to make sure he works on areas that have problems.

Welcoming feeling from kamill and very friendly. Ambiance and calmness of reception area. Paige knowledge and kindness since this was my first facial. The room was beautiful, clean and extremely calming. I think I am hooked on facials now🙋‍♀️
