I have had good experiences overall (kindness of employees, feeling relaxed after the massage, etc.), but I want to share a very recent experience in which some staff went above and beyond for me. I had appointment for said time and the massage therapist canceled—which of course stuff happens, but my schedule has to be planned out in advance for times and such (massage appointments, work, doctors appointments, personal life, etc.). Nevertheless, another massage therapist took me into her schedule at the last minute with kindness and understanding and the solution happened as soon as the problem arose as well as a patient over the phone happened to have time to push her appointment back. Normally I am happy and appreciative, but I left feeling extra happy and extra appreciative from aforementioned in light of recent events. In other words, I wanted to share this story of positive experiences with Hand and Stone in order to persuade others to come here.

My therapist Evan is consistently excellent!

I tried to schedule this appointment online and the website kept freezing. I tried to schedule using text option and this process was extremely frustrating, as well. I’m supposed to get points scheduling online but there’s no way to use the options… don’t offer them until they’re tested as accurate and functional!

Mindy was fantastic! She spent a lot of time on the "knots" in my back, which I requested. Her massage was so good, I was in a daze for a couple hours afterwards.

Evan is the best massage therapist Ive ever had I always feel relief from pain after leaving!
