Katie always does a great job making my skin look beautiful. It is a relaxing experience every time I come in. Everyone is always happy and easy to deal with.

Katie is very friendly and experienced. She tells me step by step what she is doing and why.

The staff is always very friendly. However, there are always new employees welcoming me every time I return. Happy that Mercy stays and takes care of me.

I’m satisfied with service and cleanliness

I really enjoyed my service at hand and stone. Mercy was awesome, super friendly and knowledgeable and I felt great upon completion of my service. The only thing I would mention is maybe a little more transparency with upgrade pricing during the service. I knew the enhancements to the service were going to cost extra, because I have had facials before and know how that works, but the added costs were not mentioned until check out. The costs were higher than I was thinking, so I might have opted for one instead of two. Also partially my fault for not asking. Overall though I really enjoyed my service though. I did opt for a membership so, I'll be back to see mercy again. :)

Vanessa is amazing, very professional, kind. She knows what she's doing, knowledgeable. There's been continued turnover in employees who do facials at this location. I hope she sticks around. It's hard to find somebody who does a great job like she does!
