Everyone was very friendly. Mercy was very helpful and professional. She have me information on products but was never forceful to buy.

I have accumulated many reward points, about 15,000. Members should have the option to use points to purchase products other than for upgrade services.

The receptionists are always welcoming. My massage therapist is very intuned to my specific needs. I can always find appointments with my desired therapist.

Have had this membership for a number of years and have not been disappointed except when ‘my’ massage therapist has been out for reasons beyond their control. Others massage therapist have been able to fill in for them in the intermin.

Ted was an amazing massage therapist. He was sure to ask about what issues I was experiencing and what pressure I would like best. I appreciated the attention he showed to the knotted areas on my back and when the service was over he offered me a hot towel and had a cup of water ready for me when I was leaving the room. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helped me book a subscription service and informed me of everything that came with being a member. I am looking forward to going to this location again.
