George was my massage therapist during this session, and he is always unbelievably professional, efficient, methodical, and provides high quality work! I continue to go back to hand and stone because he is such a quality asset and I never leave disappointed.

My esthetician, Mercy, was absolutely amazing! Probably one of the best facials I’ve ever received. I highly recommend her and I want her to do all my future facials. Thank you! Also, Charlene is an awesome masseuse! She’s very good and her job! You can tell she loves what she does. I will definitely be back to see those ladies!

I love the staff and services at this location. I only rated neither satisfied nor dissatisfied because I interacted with the aesthetician on the phone so it didn’t involve the receptionist

1. Your prices increased at the Littleton location. Whereas, the prices are better at other locations - and have not increased as much! I will be going to other locations for a better value in price. 2. The online booking process is frustrating and does not work. I get points for booking online - but if it doesn't work, this is a problem because I track my points.

George is an amazingly talented therapist. He always works on the spots I mention and is very efficient, thorough, and professional. I would prefer to see him on Saturdays, or during the week in the evening, but I understand he has his schedule for a reason, and can't fault him that.

The reception people are very professional. Dellan gives a great massage. Very knowledgeable. I have used her for over a year. She always clarifies what I need at the start of the visit. She b is great.

After suffering from a tension headache for 5 days, my massage therapist brought me much needed relief. He was tentative to my neck and upper back/shoulder region, especially once I explained that I suffer from an old neck/shoulder injury that causes pain and other issues when I work out too hard. He asked many questions and was sensitive to my needs, i.e. asked if he was applying enough or too much pressure. The whole experience was wonderful, and I will be going monthly to help manage the pain.

Anne is amazing and always takes good care of me. The staff makes it really easy to make appointments and is always friendly. I love the atmosphere every time I’m there which is every two weeks

Dellan is the best massage therapist I have had. She knows how to ask the right questions to give you what you need.

The team is friendly, and very good at what they do. They are also understanding about my anxiety and mental health issues. Sometimes I cancel or don’t show up because I am depressed or over stimulated. Thank you for not judging me.
