In regards to my recent facial, it had been 10+ years since my last facial. Josh was great in making me feel comfortable, having easy conversation when wanted and silence when not, explaining what he was doing along the way, and keeping a relaxed atmosphere. I'm happy with the results and plan to re-visit Josh in the coming months. Thanks!
