Friendly staff. Easy scheduling. Great massage therapist.

Booking an appointment was not easy. I used to book through the website, but the new site said I needed to create a new account, but wouldn't let me because it said my email address was already in use (and wouldn't send me a link to set up a new password when I clicked "forgot password "). I had an appointment scheduled for a day when the spa was closed for snow, and was told someone would call the next day to reschedule, but had to call in myself 4 days later after I never received a call. I would rather she told me to call in a couple days, rather than say she would call and not do it.

My esthetician was very polite and knowledgeable. I appreciate that the salon is close to home. I also like that there are locations throughout the states so I can receive treatments while traveling.

My needs were asked and were completed beyond satisfaction.

Staff is always very friendly. The message person is very helpful to explain how to help prevent some of the muscles from getting so tight.

Friendly knowledgeable front desk staff. Always treated so kindly by all staff. Love the products sold there for home use.

My massage therapist George is absolutely amazing and works magic. Never leave with any aches and pains that I come in with.

Friendly staff, Mariela is excellent, always prompt and reliable. Kelsey is personable and knowledgeable about skin care. The spa is a place for escape and makes you relax and feel special. Thank you all for being there for us

I found a massage therapist that knows what I need to make my body better. The ability to also go at a later time in the day is perfect for my schedule.
