Monica was amazing. She is very good. My face is so clean and my skin is glowing. I highly recommend her.

I have always been very satisfied with the service I receive at the Southwest spa. My therapist, Mariella, is amazingly skilled. She asks questions before and during my sessions to ensure my needs are met. She has always provided remarkable service. Mariella uses different techniques/approaches as needed, often after working on an area and finding a "hidden" factor. I can't say enough to convey what a knowledgeable massage therapist I think she is and how much she helps me. The front desk receptionists and other employees I encounter have all been professional, respectful and friendly. This is the only Hand & Stone location I have been to but if the others are staffed and run as well as the Southwest location then it's a great accomplishment.

Monica and Kelsey are my favorite esthecian. Both of them are friendly and knowledgeable. Receptionist are awesome they always work on my appointment perfectly. Very relaxing place love it. cant wait for my next appointment
