Everything and everyone is very pleasant. Front desk people are helpful and friendly. The environment is very pleasing to the eye. The massage rooms are comfortable and clean. And then the best part of all, I have the best massage therapist. He is knowledgeable and his gives a top notch massage. I have complete faith in him...when I have a problem develop, he always is able to alleviate the pain. He gives a consistent, perfect massage.

Your survey SHOULD be highly satisfied as the first choice. It is counterintuitive. Bet your results from the survey would be better.
