I was very pleased with the massage therapist. It's hard to find a therapist that understands your needs. The conversation was just right and he did not talk too much like some other therapists I have had.

I'm very active, so massages help me keep moving to the best of my ability. I also had chronic left neck pain and since seeing Kari, it has greatly decreased in pain to where I don't notice it anymore.

I love the whole place and everyone there, but the person that makes this place special is the manager Allyson Tafilowski. She is so welcoming and always know my name, she always ask how I am and is so genuine. Love her!

The therapist was very kind and had good suggestions about my special skincare needs. I loved the peppermint scalp massage. An I appreciate that coconut oil was used.

Staff are so very friendly. The massage therapist listened to my concerns and addresses them in the massage . the business model of hand and stone is very user friendly. I would like to say that I mistakenly rated the cleanliness of the reception area as not satisfied I made to check highly satisfied.

The check in process is always wonderful. The receptionists are excellent at making me feel welcome. I love the coconut water! The massage therapists always ask of any specific needs and tailor the pressure to my request. Excellent service!

My aesthetician was very knowledgeable and worked with/around some skin concerns I had. I trusted her training and experience to proceed. She also did an excellent job.

I enjoy the atmosphere at the Littleton location. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I have enjoyed all of my visits.
