I got what I wanted - relaxation

My esthetician addressed a question regarding a type of facial I received an email about. She was knowledgeable and honest with her assessment. I ended up going with a different option per her suggestion and felt this was a better fit for my skin needs. One thing I really like about her is that she is honest instead of just trying to upsell an add-on procedure or product.

This was my first time getting a facial and it was for a special event. She didn't pass judgement but treated me professionally and I loved the my facial.

I always get a great massage from Ruth. She's able to give me the deep tissue massage that helps me most. Ruth is very caring.
