My massage technician listens to my requests (i.e. specific areas, as needed) and inquires if the right pressure is being used during my visit.

The lobby and the massage room were very calming and created a beautifully relaxing atmosphere. My massage therapist was very kind and made me feel comfortable, and gave me the best massage I’ve ever had!

Jessica was one time and made sure she took the time to talk to me. Since I am still postpartum she took the time to talk to me and make me feel comfortable. Also, the front staff was very friendly.

Great experience

I will only utilize this Hand and Stone because I have never had a bad experience and this time was no exception. Booking was quick and easy. I even had a quick question which was answered in a reasonable time. I was welcomed warmly and checked in quickly. My therapist was ready for me on time and did an excellent job attending to my needs!

I love how It doesn’t feel like they are trying to upsell you. They don’t offer meaningless upgrades but offer the ones that make sense for your needs which I appreciate. Staff is always polite and friendly. To expound on the cleanliness/safety question- the way it’s worded makes it seem like they are supposed to go above and beyond to prove they are covid safe. I feel that what they offered/provided in the front desk area was adequate, but there wasn’t anything that stood out that made me think they were doing anything out of the usual for covid safety (which is totally fine).
