The front desk staff is always super friendly, knowledgable and every so helpful. I love the location. It is so easy to get an appointment that works with my schedule.

My only gentle comments is - I’d recommend having a bit less scent in the waiting area. Some of us are allergic. The rest of my visit was amazing - from the time I walked in to the the time I walked out. Everyone was professional, friendly and thoughtful. As an immunocompromised patient, I felt 100% safe and secure at Hand and Stone. Many thanks.

Colby is an excellent massage therapist. He applied the appropriate level of pressure that enabled me to relax yet get a meaningful massage. The Receptionist also did an outstanding job making me feel welcomed and safe.

Staff was great!!! Nice and clean. Smelled nice when I walked in. Pretty atmosphere.

Colby was kind and gentle yet worked on my problem sights well. I am definitely coming back.

Clean, friendly place

I didn’t get the aromatherapy experience that I paid for. I believe this was likely due to having to wear a mask so it probably wasn’t the best idea to purchase something extra since wearing a mask keeps you from getting the desired result. I opted for the lavender . I think that should’ve been pointed out when purchasing. In the intake form online if does force you to fill out additional forms that may not be applicable and I think there should be a way to bypass that or word the questions differently for those need to opt n/a.

First was glad Ericka was back....I explained where I was experiencing pain and problems and she relieved that pain....well at least for a day! Will be coming back in 2?weeks to continue working on problem area!!
