Always a wonderful experience. Staff is friendly. Therapist was great.

Sarah, my therapist listened to my needs and was able to point out other spots. She was able to apply proper pressure and spent the right amount of time massaging those areas. It was very relaxing. Checkout was very easy and the desk staff was able to answer the questions I asked. I hope to return soon.

The receptionist, I think her name is Chloe, was very friendly and answered all my questions. She even offered me a mask to make sure I wouldn’t have issues with breathing. Rose did an amazing job,

Knowledge of massage therapist.

The staff who booked my appointment and handled me when I arrived (one and the same) was excellent at the job. Made me feel welcome. The amount of time from check in to massage table was minimal. The therapist clearly knew what she was doing and helped me feel relaxed and helped a lot with my issue. I will be back to see them at least once a month, and I highly recommend this Hand and Stone.
