Staff are friendly. I felt relaxed. Good coverage was provided for both facial and massage.

I forgot my appointment time as I picked up a sick child from daycare that day and was at home tending to him. Hand & Stone called to see what happened, rescheduled my appointment on the spot and were so forgiving and accommodating. The massage by Drake was also great and relaxing. Great service all around.

I asked her to have a firm touch, and she did. She recognized that I needed to be stretched. She always asked me if I was comfortable when she changed my position.

Drake hit all of the spots that typically ail me. He also used hot towels, which was very pleasing.

Easy to schedule an appointment and everyone is very friendly and accommodating. My aesthetican was Neda Romero, she did an excellent job, I already scheduled my next appointment and because of her, I am considering other treatments that I would usually not get.

The staff made me feel welcomed. Both my massage and facial were an awesome experience. Symphony, the massage therapist that provided my service was very attentive about the needs of my body. She gave me suggestions on what I can do between massages to keep my muscles relaxed. Nada, the esthetician that provided my facial gave me great suggestions on how I can improve my skin at home. She also suggested products I could purchase onsite if I wished. I wish I could afford to visit more often, but whenever I do it's always an enjoyable experience. Great job Hand and Stone!
