I felt the facial was very relaxing. The facility was very new and clean.

Sean, my massage therapist, was very welcoming. I felt relaxed and refreshed after the massage. The front desk staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

My first experience was very unfavorable in terms of the owner/ manger in regards to my contract for services. In an environment that should be relaxing I felt no empathy and a lack professionalism from whomever I had delt with. Return calls were not timely if at all. Conversations were patronizing and I felt abrupt and condensending. I had remaining sessions but was uncomfortable to schedule. My experience with Victoria in Fri Aug 17 evening (I believe her name!) was amazing. She obviously knows the industry and customer relations at an extraordinary level of service. Because of her , and the wonderful therapists I now will return. She went above and beyond to turn an off putting experience with this business to a most pleasurable and welcoming environment.

My massage therapist Stephanie is amazing. She caters to my needs as they change and she has great attention to detail. She matches and reciprocates my goals for the session very well! If I want to chat, she chats, if I want to relax, she only starts a conversation when it's necessary (position changes, pressure, checking in, etc). All of my requests are always accurately met. I've always left Stephanie feeling relaxed, refreshed, and ready to take on my week. The front desk is always helpful as well. They are kind, courteous, and genuine. Victoria and (I forgot the other girl's name! I keep wanting to say Brianna or something like that) have always been amazing when I've had interactions with them. Love the team members I've encountered so far. I'll definitely keep coming back and continuing my membership.

It is my first time to have a back to back facial & massage. The massage was wonderful! I had Stephanie and she is amazing! Shadha was equally great. They were all outstanding in their service.

Though I was delayed in arriving, I was still served for the complete appointment time even after being told it wouldn't happen. I tried a new therapist (Ace) who was very good and listened taking care of my areas of concern. The experience for my friends and I was wonderful wherein which they are planning to set up membership.

I am from PA and I don’t have a Hand and Stone in my area or I would go all the time
