I have had many Massages - my massage therapist was good, but in the end she said I am done and walked out of the room. Normally a massage therapist will remind you to get up slowly, and when you are done I will be waiting outside the door. This was not done. Also - there is no mirror in the room. After you are done with the massage you should be able to look at your hair, face etc to make sure everything is good before walking out.

I am reluctant to always highly rate someone unless they are are phenomenal.

The breakdown of the added facial costs was not clearly explained; when I asked staff about the bill, I was told that I'd paid one price, when in actuality I'd been charged an additional $90.00, which brought my 50 minute facial to over $120.00. For this price, I can go to a private salon and get an personalized facial that lasts over an hour and offers more treatments. The esthetician who did this facial is very good, and did say that there was an additional cost; it was on me that I did not ask what that cost was. However, the miscommunication at the desk was confusing, and I did not sort out the issue until I had checked my credit card statement.

The therapist continued to talk and ask personal questions during the session. I prefer to lay quietly and be relaxed. The personal sharing is too much and not relaxing to listen to.

The receptionist was new. She did try to get answers, but the other lady did not know either. I was able to get the answers and good massage experience from the therapist. The therapist went above and beyond to help my painful back. I really appreciated this because of the pain.

I would have liked to have some more of a focus on the problem area I identified and have the light dimmed the whole time during the massage.
