Esthetician did not check entire face to do extractions and only spent a minute doing extractions around nose. Usually estheticians will look at the side of the face and cheeks. Telling client each step is unnecessary for someone who receives facials regularly. It was harder to relax.

I booked online and booked specifically what I wanted. I’m a nurse-I’ve worked in dermatology/med spa so I knew what I wanted. When I got into my appointment she told me what she thought I needed and said there would be an additional cost. I didn’t ask specifically what the cost was and was surprised when I went to check out how much more expensive it was.

My appointment was at 2:30 and the massage therapist came for me at 2:39. I arrived at 2:15 as requested by the website so it felt like a long wait. 3 staff people were at the computers chatting amongst themselves. I finally checked my phone for the time and it was 2:39 and the therapist came shortly thereafter.

The staff was very friendly and my therapist was very accommodating with the issues I explained were troublesome. I will request next time less talking and lights to be dimmed and bed to be heated. But overall the experience was great.

Kept having to ask the therapist to go lighter on the pressure.

My appointment was scheduled for 6pm. I was not brought back into the massage room until about 6:08 or 6:09. By the time I was changed and laying on the table, it was probably about 6:15. No one acknowledged this. My massage therapist's tone was pretty brisk, not calming. I felt rushed at the beginning. As I was started to relax, the massage therapist loudly exclaimed they almost forgot the aromatherapy and had to ask me which scent I chose. The massage continued fine until my massage therapist began having a coughing fit. They stepped out of the room for a few minutes to settle themselves, but I was definitely not relaxed anymore. They came back in and finished the appointment fine enough. Except for during the shoulders/scalp portion, where they vigorously waved their hands close to my face to try to give me a stronger aromatherapy experience? It was startling. At the end, there was just a sudden "ok, that's our time". Again, startling. They said they gave me an extra five minutes of my visit to make up for stepping out, but the clock said 7:04. I didn't have the energy to explain all this to the receptionist who asked, and I gave them a good tip regardless. But not quite A+.

The massage was supposed to be 60 mins but it was only 50 mins. The therapists was very friendly and polite but with the amount of stress I was in I would have rather it have been quiet. Other than that I was satisfied.

I was very satisfied it was a gift. The only thing I would complain about is the peppermint oil was very strong around my eye area.

There were miscommunication between the receptionist and I at first when I did my appointment. However, we were able to resolve it. My therapist Mr. Joo was amazing, though. He is an expert of what he does! He hits the pressure point I needed! Would love to have him again if I go back.
