When I called to book an appointment for October 2, they told me they had no availability that day. When I went online, I was able to book an appointment for that day no problem.

i have been with hand N stone since 2018 & as i was checking out , the receptionist were short and unsure about the questions i had , i was not aware that my card was not working and my bank notified me at time of visit ti day that my card ( on file ) had been compromised fraudulently, and in the past if there were a problem of any kind especially when it came to my membership and payment I have always received a courtesy car when I asked about that I got rolling of the eyes and a simple no we don’t do that!!! when I asked about a former employee I was cut short and the midsentence and clearly said sorry she doesn’t work here anymore in a very short tone , i’m not sure if you realize it but your business is not only Word of mouth but in these unpresidential times I would be very careful on treating your clients like this,,, I literally went to my car and just cried I have never been spoken to you in that way and it just made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome,,, not only did your receptionist not smile but they clearly could’ve cared less about my membership I had to ask several times what can I do and I was trying to problem solve with no help from your receptionist,,

I throughly enjoyed my experience, i just wish my experience had been a little less chatty. i would have preferred some relaxing music and not much talking in the appointment, however i did appreciate the attention to detail and making sure i was always comfortable during the appointment
