Very positive atmosphere.

I expected a massage/treatment of décolletage. She only did my face a little of my chin. Also, 2 times during my treatment, while the mask was drying she washed the metal bowls/brushes in the sink and it was a bit disruptive to the soothing/calming environment I was trying to enjoy.

The overall experience went well. I had no complaints. The therapist was very good, and I was satisfied with the experience. The cost is a little high, but the total experience was very good.

No one was present in the reception area to greet me and check me in.

There is always room for improvement. This was my first visit so I need other visits to compare with

I had a different person than I scheduled the appointment with. I was not informed of the change until I was called back and asked about the change. She still had a great massage and it does give me another option for appointments. It is about communication!

She only addressed my back and today I’m terribly sore there.

Carol is AMAZING- she is kind, doesn't talk throughout the appointment, is knowledgeable and works hard during your appointment. I only go to Carol now and cannot recommend her enough! SHE is the reason I come to this location instead of any other locations (that are closer to my home).
