Front desk was indifferent about my presence. Her words her customary but her facual expression and energy indicated she did not want to be there.

I love Hand and Stone, my facial, the experience, and people there. I will not return in the next 90 days purely due to the cost of the facial and the products. Likely will return within 3-6 months when I have enough saved up.

My therapist was talking too much during the session. The light was too bright

I have never had a facial. I booked it before my massage. The lady that gave me the facial said not to do that. If I shouldn’t do that then they should tell me that when I made the appointment. I didn’t know any better.

Frequently my appointment is changed due to staff absent or no longer working at Hand and Stone.

The front desk staff was pushy about getting me to sign up for the membership. I ultimately did sign up. However, I did not like how much pressure they put me under to do so.

Too many new people at the reception desk. They aren't familiar enough with how to use the computer and don't always listen carefully.

Rose is an amazing therapist. I am always satisfied with her service.

Was highly satisfied with most recent experience. Not as satisfied in previous visits with knowledge of front desk staff regarding membership and available packages in my account.

Other than my most recent visit on 9/29, I have only had mediocre experiences at Hand and Stone. Sometimes the massage therapists are too chatty and the building overall does not have a relaxing vibe. It's very "get in and get out" with no amenities. The staff are all very lovely, but it seems like there are more and more clerical errors each time I come in left over from a previous visit.
