Therapist did not have music, scents, or use lotion.

I don't have a life style or salary that affords me the ability to get regular facials. So, this was a special treat. I highly enjoyed it. The service was excellent.

Highly satisfied means to me to be very impressed. I am very happy with the experience and look forward to returning after every time I visit. My therapist is very very good too.

I’m writing a recommendation, you never give a highly satisfied rating, however, I would go again for a massage and facial.

I was satisfied. I think describing the products as they are applied would be helpful. I like my aesthetician very much.

I utilized 2 of my packages however did not receive the hot stone as offered and felt rushed by Therapist to render the other services.

I thought my massage therapist was awesome and did such an amazing job. My massage was a gift certificate so I didn’t pay for it but it was supposed to be 1 hour and I was only massaged for 45 mins. The regular price of a massage is $109 for an hour (really 45 mins) which is double what I would pay 10 mins away at another establishment. Seems like a rip off

When I made the appointment for a facial it was to be with Nada. After my massage I was taken to Debbie and told at that time Nada was not there. I feel I should have been notified earlier of the change.

The appointment begin late and I still don’t know why.
