While I was very happy with the service itself, I was shorted time during the appt, and this has been an issue in the past that I have brought up to management.

I received a coupon via email for $10 toward my next service. I accidentally deleted from my email and I could not use the $10 benefit. I had to forfeit it. I am a regular customer but was not allowed to use.

The massage therapist was ok but not great

Massage service was very basic. Bed was not heated. Scented lotion or oil was not used. Aromatherapy which is included in most massages was an add on. No locker to store items. I had to carry my coat, clothing and shoes and pocket book from massage room to facial room.

I was a member several months ago and I had to cancel due to some financial reasons. I'm able to resume my membership now however I was very disappointed to find out that a military/1st responder discount was no longer offered, and that the price was "going to go up soon." I really liked my therapist but I'm not paying $70 plus tip for a massage!

I was not dissatisfied with my visit, but I expect direct communication and no shyness from the massager. I would like her to tell me what to do before the massage to avoid misscomunication.
