Confusion on my packages and how I could use them. Therapist was good but had many gaps during the massage while getting stones etc.

This visit I was not able to get the time I originally scheduled as the original therapist had to leave. The therapist that saw me was good, but not as good as I'm used to with my normal therapist. That was disappointing a bit because I could not rescheduled due to my full calendar.

Erroneous info when trying to book on line Out of stock on dermatologica products. I had to go to Massage Envy to get products. Receptionist not helpful, had to wait for an answer from manager who was not there Wanted massage to concentrate on shoulders and neck but did not get any relief with the technique used by this massage therapist. Perhaps I should have spoken up.

A little too much pressure. Felt and still feel like I was hit by a truck. Very deep tissue but not relaxing.

The massage was fine. The Facial was somewhat uncomfortable with the cleaning of my pours and I did not expect to be uncomfortable in a relaxing day at the spa!

It was what I paid for: a bargain facial. And, of course it was even up-sold (vitamin/collagen)! I was in the treatment room @ 4:02 and finished at 4:50 (that includes changing my clothes). I bought 2 gift cards, so I will be back, but my previous facial's @ other spas have certainly felt more luxurious

The actual cost was not explained on the phone and we were surprised after our services. The manager worked with us to modify, but it was a little disappointing and confusing as this was a gift to me.

My appointment time was at 3pm. I did not get met by therapist until 3:10pm in waiting area. Massasge did not start until 3:15pm. I booked 1 1/2 hour massage. My massage was completed at 4:20pm so I only received 1 hour and 5 minutes even though I paid extra. This is very disappointing that not all the time was used as I showed up within plenty of time for my appointment. This is my second time to this location. The first time massage ended 10 minutes early. I was hoping the service would be better the second time around.

I came in for a massage and facial. The massage was great, and the facial was good, but the extractions were just a bit painful. I did not say anything, but my now area was read when I got home from the extractions. However, the experience was good.
