I came for a brazillian wax and some of the wax got stuck. It ended up taking alost 2 hours to complete the wax because it would not come up. It was slightly painful but the waxer did her best to get the remaining hair that was stuck off. The waxer was amazing she took her time and did a great job interacting with me and gettingthe the wax off. I do think a better wax should be used so that this doesnt happen to anyone else. Other than that everything else was great.

I have been twice and have tried 2 separate massage therapist and I am not convinced the quality is worth the price. They haven't been horrible, however I have not left there feeling like a huge difference has been made. I will try a couple more times before deciding whether or not to continue with this massage service. Additionally, out of an hour appointment, I only received about 40 minutes of treatment. I'm not sure if this is standard practice but it doesn't seem like I'm getting my money's worth.

I could not schedule same day schedule. The cancellation policy was not very satisfying as I had no window for cancellation.

Every time I transfer a package to my spouse and he comes in there is always a problem. I prepay his transfer fee and there is still a problem and they try to charge him full price.

I was upset that my wife gave me one of her massage appointments, and at check out I was informed I would have to pay an additional $10 for a transfer fee, we were never told this during booking or when were called back and asked to change our appointment date. We will not be going back to hand and stone.

Everyone has a different mode on a rating scale, Some think that if a customer doesn't pick Highly Satisfied every time it is a bad reflection. This is incorrect. Highly Satisfied to me mess sketching unexpectedly great.Satisfied means exactly that. The service met all my expectations. As for the products, I'm sure they're wonderful but I gagged at the prices.
