There is always room for improvements in any thing you do

I think that the chairs in the lobby were not as comfortable as I would've hoped. I got there 30 minutes prior to my appointment and I spent most of that time in a chair that I feel could've been more luxurious. I also feel like the "spa" fragrance was overwhelming for such a small lobby; it smelled great, but there was just too much of the smell. I went over to the products wall and tried some lotion but I found that the overall smell in the lobby made it hard for me to determine if I liked the scent of the lotion or not which contributed to why I didn't purchase the lotion. I also think that it would've been nice to have a bowl of coffee beans for people to smell in between products to help refresh the nose and prepare it for the next smell. This would've been great right next to your candle selection. My final reason is because I think that complimentary mints would've been nice to have on the counter. I would've felt even more fresh and rejuvated if I had a mint on my way out.
