Melanie is the best - she makes the experience…. Not the rest of it! There is no consistency in your reception staff. They can’t get to know us; they are here and then gone.

The receptionist staff are always warm and friendly. My massage therapist,Roberto, was amazing! He hit all my spots of concern and the pressure was great. My overall experience was phenomenal.
