Hand and Stone

I've been a member of Hand & Stone for a few years and it's been well worth it. The ease of booking appointments and overall experience are excellent. I always come out of my appointment relaxed.

I had some problem areas in the shoulders. My massage therapist was extremely skilled and helped tremendously!

Great customer service experience

Clarke was excellent. He's a good communicator and check in with me consistently, but it wasn't so much that it interrupted our quiet. The front desk personnel were very friendly and informative when I asked questions about a facial (which I ended up booking).

The Reception Staff are so welcoming and friendly and they make the Check-in process a breeze! I immediately begin to relax when I arrive through the door! Such a calming atmosphere! The esthetician, who I've seen several times, is so knowledgeable and makes it a point to make the visit comfortable.
