Clarke was excellent. He's a good communicator and check in with me consistently, but it wasn't so much that it interrupted our quiet. The front desk personnel were very friendly and informative when I asked questions about a facial (which I ended up booking).

The Reception Staff are so welcoming and friendly and they make the Check-in process a breeze! I immediately begin to relax when I arrive through the door! Such a calming atmosphere! The esthetician, who I've seen several times, is so knowledgeable and makes it a point to make the visit comfortable.

As I walked in to the reception area, the receptionist greeted me by my name. That’s excellent customer service. The lobby area is very well kept. Rudy, my massage therapist was excellent. This was my 3 visit with him. He gets better and better. That’s my knowledge, keep the same therapist so he can understand your needs, aches and pains. And it worked. Thank You Rudy.
