Esthetician is very knowledgeable of skin care. Able to earn points for future use. Staff is friendly and prompt.

Everyone was professional and kind. It felt genuine. The atmosphere was pleasant and tranquil. The aesthetician was informative and helpful. The whole experience was awesome.

The only issue experienced was it did take longer than usual to be checked in due to the Wi-Fi having to be reset. Other than that (which isn't a major issue because it was communicated effectively by staff) no issues whatsoever!
