I enjoy my time at Hand and Stone because I can relax and concentrate on me. My therapist, Sandy, always begins by discussing my problem areas, degree of pressure required and making me feel welcome. I am made to feel comfortable and pampered.

I really enjoyed the services of the massage therapist named Ray.

I have always like this location and the therapists that work here. My only complaint is that it is sometimes hard to get an appointment, even when looking 4-6 weeks early.

The esthtician was excellent and am happy with her work. I had a membership with Hand and Stone previously which i cancelled because when i moved to Austin i could not get any appointments for months - but because of my travels right after that I lost all my credits. so will never be back there. This was a gift that i was given by a friend. If you would let me use the lost credits i might consider recommending you and coming back as well.

Location is great! Very clean and comfortable reception area to either wait in or relax and regroup before leaving. No pressure to have to leave right away. I really appreciate the ambient lighting in the treatment area.

Everything was great. I especially liked the fans in the massage room. I hate sweating during treatment and never have the table warmer on. Fans kept me cool—thank you for those!

I am never kept waiting and my appointment is very professional. The ambiance is relaxing and I enjoy the experience.
