Was a former member of another spa and Hand and Stone is far superior!!! The front office crew was awesome...soooo friendly and helpful. The atmosphere and look of the entire place was so relaxing and beautiful. Can't wait to return for my next appointment!!

I've had sessions at the William Cannon location with 6 therapists, Alyssa is the first to by just looking at my body knew exactly where my problem areas were. She used deep tissue and chiropractic movements and stretches that honed in the knots and tight tissue. She adjusted to my requests immediately and offered good suggestions for after massage care. She has been my favorite and best therapist thus far at this location.

The staff was friendly, and the check-in was easy. I noticed my face was brighter and it felt better after the facial.

I am always highly satisfied with my experience; from the receptionist, technician, and to the check-out and scheduling process. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
