The clarity facial with use of the tool to remove blockages was very effective at cleansing and refreshing my skin. The effects allowed my skin the heal overnight and stay hydrated the next day.

Although the appointment I had originally scheduled didn't appear to be on the calendar though I had received a text verifying the appointment, a returning therapist had an opening. I was delighted to see R. after his being away from H&S for about two years. He was able to relieve back pain I had had since before my previous massage was cancelled. I had scheduled a massage two weeks in a row and had both of them cancelled. One as I checked in yesterday. I am very grateful that the returning massage therapist is back.

I love massage day for me. I Love Freddy makes me feel great ,I am older so I come on a a month and it's worth it. The receptionist are always great.

The masseuse and front desk were really nice and personable. The masseuse did a really good job. Everything was very clean.

Therapist definitely worked out some kinks. Most of the staff was pleasant. The exit process was smooth.

I had not had much luck scheduling for sometime. I enjoyed this massage, it was scheduled conveniently, and everyone was very pleasant.

I have been seeking someone who is more of a medical massage/sports massage therapist. Casey came recommended by a friend. I have been pleased with the two visits.

The gentleman at check-in was managing checking in multiple people and checking out another line of customers. He remained calm and was very polite. Prioritized the check-in so everyone could stay on schedule.

Thrilled to have a few open appointments within the week I wanted to go, i.e. last minute. And got exactly what I needed. Do wish there wasn't such a push to upsell, but I also know its going to happen so I under-book so that you all can upsell. ;)
