Consistence in service, availability and attention to my needs by preferred esthetician. One comment about dissatisfaction with waiting area. There was 1 person making loud personal calls then listening to something without earphones while I was trying to relax and staff did not address it. I thought use of cell phones was to be discouraged. I would not say anything as I don’t trust how that person would respond. He was clueless of the surroundings and totally inappropriate.

Therapist was responsive to my requests for pressure and locations during the massage. Therapist was patient with my questions. Therapist’s knowledge of A&P and techniques enhanced the quality of the massage.

Having a membership allows me to save my credits for when I really need a massage. The ambience is always relaxing and staff friendly. The masseuse listened to and worked with the specifics pains I had.
