My facial with Jade was excellent. She is so knowledgeable and thorough. My skin always looks great afterwards and she provides such a relaxing experience.

My esthetician was amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable and made my skin feel wonderful.

Consistence in service, availability and attention to my needs by preferred esthetician. One comment about dissatisfaction with waiting area. There was 1 person making loud personal calls then listening to something without earphones while I was trying to relax and staff did not address it. I thought use of cell phones was to be discouraged. I would not say anything as I don’t trust how that person would respond. He was clueless of the surroundings and totally inappropriate.

Therapist was responsive to my requests for pressure and locations during the massage. Therapist was patient with my questions. Therapist’s knowledge of A&P and techniques enhanced the quality of the massage.
