Therapist made me feel welcome and safe. Front desk staff very welcoming. Therapist very knowledgeable and shared recommendations with me.

Alexa the receptionist was knowledgeable and friendly. Kept the crowd moving along. Trish, my therapist was excellent as always. My issue was that I had bought BOGO black Friday cards last year and was never told they expired. The cards were inside gift card holders so I never saw the actual card. I went to book my appointment and was told they had expired 3 days prior. I tried calling the corporate phone number given to me by Alexa but the mailbox was full. Very frustrating since I have found out that the Broomall Pa location management recently turned over due to the "lack of following company policy" which means to me that they did not tell me at the time of purchase that the cars expired 1 calendar year away, not the end of the year even. I would like a follow up. The card numbers are PRPA0480700 AND PRPA0480701. I feel as thought these cards should be reloaded with the services I purchased. They were great about finding an appointment day and time over the phone-very nice. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. My esthetician was amazing, answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable and relaxed and I’m very happy with the results. Will be back soon!

I was greeted with enthusiasm by the reception staff. My therapist greeted me in the same way. Upgrades were explained and I found out I had enough points to enjoy a Himalayan Stone massage that was amazing.
