The services provided by your massage and facial therapists are excellent. The reception process for checking out and booking a new appointment could be streamlined. The receptionists seem to be trying their best, but there is always some issue figuring out the service total, what's covered by my package, and what dates/times are available for future booking.

I’ve had a number of services with Lori and the experience has always been great. She’s very knowledgeable and friendly, and I’ve never been disappointed.
