Always a pleasure to talk with the staff. Aestheticians are always good at their expertise. Easy check in and check out process. Wish online booking were possible.

The therapist asked questions to ensure I was comfortable and then spent time focusing on target area as well as providing feedback to help ease discomfort when home.

There was no waiting, I was seen right away and the space was very clean and everyone wore masks. While I didn’t have my usual masseuse who has not come back yet since reopening, I still had a great experience. They were very thorough.

Everyone at Hand and Stone is friendly and personable. Latoya is an excellent massage therapist. I’m so glad to use the service and feel so much better when I leave.

Tori is amazing - very friendly, professional and caring. The fact that my start time ran late is because she wasn't notified that I had an early appointment. 100% not her fault at all - I felt bad for her when she arrived - she went above and beyond to get there as quickly as she could once she found out.

I had a deep tissue massage by Tom. He always knows where the knots are in my back and works on them til they are released. I always know it will help me in the long-run! I appreciate his professionalism. I always feel safe. The cleanliness of the venue is perfect!
