Melissa was an amazing masseuse and was beyond satisfied with my treatment. I believe I was scheduled for a different masseuse but was not concerned after working with Melissa because of the quality of the appointment.

Melissa, the Massage Therapist, does an excellent massage. She asks about my issues and concentrates on those areas. She is concerned about the pressure, mu comfort and remembers I do not like the heat on. She can carry on a conversation as I initiate it and has a nice sense of humor. I have recommended her to many people over the months.

The services I receive from Hand & Stone are top-notch. The esthetitians are friendly and my skin has glowed each time I have a facial. I have had several massage therapists there and each massage was fantastic. I highly recommend.

This was my first time for a full facial. I was very relaxed with the privacy that was awarded to me. To me that's important. Danielle explained every product, what it's purpose was, the use of hot towels, and what she was going to do next. There were no surprises!

Natasha was amazing, in overall she had a lot of knowledge of the products. She was very warm and welcoming as well.
