Friendly, knowledgeable staff. She was attentive to my needs and even recommended some things I could do on my own to help with some of the muscle tightness that I was experiencing.

The massage was very relaxing and targeted my sore areas. The pressure was perfect and I enjoyed the Himalayan salt stones.

I have had facials off and on at H and S over the years but never on a regular basis. Danielle has changed that. She has taught me how to care for my skin, what products to use, how to use them... She is professional and passionate about her work. As long as she stays I will continue coming!
