I always have a wonderful experience and my therapist is fantastic

I had a facial. My aesthetician made suggestions that would best serve my skin. She asked about my skin concerns. It was a relaxing experience.

The only thing I’m not satisfied with is the use of the website to schedule appts.

Felt amazing afterwards

Megan, the receptionist that answered when I called, was great when needed to schedule my appointment and re-register for the monthly membership. She was able to get me an appointment that worked with my schedule and answered all of my questions. I was greeted promptly and offered water and use of the restroom while I waited. My masseuse, Tommy was absolutely amazing. He provides 5-star service every time. He asked me where my problem areas were and focused on them specifically, but left enough time to adequately focus on every muscle. I highly recommend the Broomall Hand and Stone location and rave about Tommy to anyone who will listen. He is a godsend for sure! I leave every time feeling relaxed and valued as a customer.

I’ve had only great experiences at Hand and Stone. The place is always clean, the people are always friendly and calm, and the massage therapists have mad skills! Making time for massage is my biggest obstacle.
