I'm sorry I can't remember the name of the girl who worked with me! She was extremely friendly professional very thorough in explaining what she was doing and very clear about what her recommendations were. My only complaint was that she suggested Retin-A and you did not have any in the store, all she had was a sample with she gave me. That is an item that I'm sure is very frequently sold I'm surprised you would be out of it and it would be a week before it would be restocked.
