Hand and Stone

My experience was very welcoming that made me felt good.I will definitely come back again. I enjoy it a lot. And will tell a friend.

I have been coming to this Hand and Stone for several years. The monthly massages definitely help relieve my muscle tightness and pain. My current massage therapist Sharon is especially good.

The therapist, Sharon, was very knowledgeable and gave me good advice. She focused on my problem areas (neck, shoulders, back) and relieved tension and knots. She let me know about products that might help with stress and anxiety.

My therapist, Tiffany is awesome. I like how she talks just enough - I personally just like a few pleasantries and prefer to relax (no talking). She applies the right pressure, and did an overall great job at helping relieve my tension.

The receptionist called me by name when I entered the store. The massage therapist was ready and on time.I felt completely relaxed when the massage was finished.

From the receptionists to my masseuse it's ALWAYS an excellent experience & the reason why I have a standing bimonthly appointment.

My masseuse was super friendly and went over specifically what areas were of concern to me. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door and told I would be checked in immediately (even tho there were other ppl at the service desk asking questions and standing about). Very small wait time (tho info try to arrive slightly before or at my appt time). I also appreciate the water and mints availability at the desk and in the waiting room. All in all a very pleasant experience which is why I keep coming back for more.
