Hand and Stone

I was enjoyed the waiting room. The room for my facial was clean and neat. The facial was soothing and relaxing.

I have been a member of Hand and Stone in Broomall for 3 1/2 years. I have thoroughly enjoyed all my facials and my esthetician is wonderful. Treating myself to a Hand and Stone facial or massage is something I look forward to every month.

My therapist is excellent. She is very knowledgeable and her hands know what areas need attention. She is a hidden treasure. Not everyone is as capable as her. I'm not sure what your hiring practices are, but not everyone should be a massage therapist

Receptionist is really nice. Knew everything and was patient with me answering questions. She was just great. Deb the massage therapist was awesome. Did a wonderful job and really nice as well.

I have always found the personnel in the reception area to be polite, professional, and friendly. They attempt to meet my request when I schedule an appointment. The therapist are usually very knowledgeable, professional and friendly as well. Overall, I have always Ben quite happy with the Broomall Hand &Stone.

Tommy, my massage therapist was excellent and made me feel very comfortable. Worked more on my shoulder areas that needed it and was very motivating with saying "you're doing a job, keep breathing" "take a deep breath" it was very nice for my first time, excited to book again next month!

First time had Tommy as massage therapist and will continue to ask for him.

Tommy shared his work history/experience and listened to me about my areas of concern/needs. He has a soothing voice and made me feel very relaxed. Will request his services again.

I have been to this Hand and Stone site several sites. I don't even think about booking at another site. The staff is professional but very friendly and personable. i always leave feeling very relaxed!

My neck had been causing a lot of pain for months. Sharon was able to relieve all of my pain in my neck. She was very thorough, great massage.
